Club Kore Shipping Policy

We're a small team packing every order ourselves, so here's exactly what to expect once you hit checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods (like a new drop) it may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery once dispatched:

• Metro areas: 2-5 business days
• Regional and remote areas: may take a little longer

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery once dispatched is 7-21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These aren't included in your checkout total and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

We aim to meet the timeframes above, but once your order is with the courier, delays can happen (peak periods, weather, customs) that are outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at hello@clubkore.com.au and we'll look into it.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been placed, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
