Welcome to Club Kore. These Terms of Service govern your use of clubkore.com.au and any purchases made through our store. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We do our best to display accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or stock error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before processing payment, and you can choose to proceed at the correct price, adjust your order, or cancel for a full refund.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We may change, discontinue, or limit stock of any product at any time without notice.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline, for example in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

Shipping and Returns

Kore Run Club and Community Events

Kore Run Club and any other in-person Club Kore events are voluntary, social gatherings. Participation is at your own risk. Club Kore, its founders, and organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in a run or event. If you have any health condition that may affect your ability to participate safely, please consult a medical professional before joining.

User Content and Reviews

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content to our site, you grant Club Kore a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You're responsible for ensuring anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Club Kore name, logo, embroidery designs, photography, and written content, is owned by Club Kore or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
